How to PayZe.
01. Where can I use PayZe?
PayZe can be used almost anywhere UnionPay is accepted, instore at more than 55 million globally and participating retailers in New Zealand. More local retailers and their outlets are being added to the network regularly so always check to make sure UnionPay is accepted at your favourite stores.
02. How do I use PayZe instore at an Eftpos machine?
If the machine is contactless, just tap your PayZe card on top and go. You can also insert your PayZe card, chip first into compatible machines, or swipe it like a debit card. Enter your pin and go.
03. How do I use PayZe online?
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to a technical issue, online shopping with PayZe is not currently available on many websites. Our engineers are working on the issue and we hope to resolve soon. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
04. Does my PayZe card have a pin?
For instore purchases, you will need to enter your PIN if your purchase is greater than the contactless PIN limit (eg. in NZ it is $200). If contactless payment is not available, PayZe Cards will require a PIN number to process transactions in store. You will find the PIN number under the scratch panel on the back of the card.
04. How do I check my PayZe card's balance?
You can check your balance on our website by following the link at the top of this website, or in the footer. If you need to speak to a Customer Service Representative, you may call 0900 95832. Please note, there will be a charge for this service.
