Do I need to have a PIN number to use the PayZe card?
If your instore purchase is less than the contactless PIN limit (in NZ it is $200) no PIN is required. If contactless payment is not available, you will have to enter the PIN number (under the scratch panel on the back of the card).
Can I use my PayZe card online?
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to a technical issue, online shopping with PayZe is not currently available on many websites. Our engineers are working on the issue and we hope to resolve soon. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience.
Where can I use my PayZe card?
Our cards can be used at any store in New Zealand or overseas where UnionPay cards are accepted.
Can the PayZe card be used at an ATM to withdraw cash?
No. As a prepaid card, PayZe may not be used at an ATM.
How can I check my card balance?
Follow the link on the PayZe website then input your Card Number, Expiry Date and CVV.
